I create meals that are as good for our bodies as they taste in our mouths. I ensure you I do not have to sacrifice flavour, variety or enjoyment when it comes to eating healthy, healing foods.
I will be bringing you food – vegan, gluten free, whole foods, from scratch, non-processed – every week so that your weekly veggie servings are covered! You take care of the rest!
The menus feature heart-healthy, whole, real foods: fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, nuts and seeds.
How it works
Each week you will receive an email with the weekly menu, some food for thought and great tips and ideas that you can follow and practice at home.
A full order consists of 6 delicious and balanced plant-based dishes, enough for 2-3 people’s dinner and some lunches for the whole week (3-4 portions each item). A half order consists of 6 delicious and balanced plant-based dishes, enough for 1 person’s dinner and some lunches for the whole week (1-2 portions each item)
You pick up your meals on Monday after 6 pm.

On your first pick up, a deposit of $15 is required for the glass containers.
