So, you want to eat less gluten or wheat-related products (or need to cut it out completely) but can’t imagine your world without fresh, crusty bread? And what about pizza!?? Join us and you will never miss eating fresh bread again!

You will learn how easy it can be to make healthy and delicious gluten free breads in your own home! Learn the basics in gluten free flour blending, baking gluten free. We will discuss living the gluten free lifestyle and enjoy some yummy gluten-free savory goodies.

Below is a list of the breads that you will learn to make. None of the breads contain xanthan gum or guar gum. We will be using natural binding agents such as psyllium husk, chia seeds and flax meal.

Please come hungry! as you will get to eat what you bake and much more!! Everything we will eat and make will be also vegan.

All participants will get their hands in the dough during the class. In addition to tasting the breads throughout the class, you will get to take home samples of each item (If you don’t eat them all!).

Each class is limited to 8 people, giving us a small, intimate class. Class will not run if less than 4 people sign up.
