In this hands-on class, you will indulge in guilt-ish free dessert making and learn the tactics involved in baking without dairy, eggs, and refined sugar. You’ll learn to use ingredients specific to vegan gluten-free baking and gain the confidence to adapt many standard recipes to delicious vegan gluten-free versions.

Each class is limited to 8 people, giving us a small, intimate class. Class will not run if less than 4 people sign up.

A simple savoury snack will be provided at the start of the class.
