Summer’s here, as we fire up our grills for those outdoor dinner parties, let’s make those meat-laden cookouts burst with plenty of delicious BBQ options for a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Grilling is more art than science. In this class you will learn to create your own BBQ fireworks with alternative protein foods and vegetables that take on an entirely new taste dimension on the grill.
You will learn barbecue recipes that are fairly easy and straightforward. They’re perfect for vegans and vegetarians just starting to experiment with outdoor grilling.
After this class, you’ll have no problem inviting friends and family over, or impress that one vegan friend. Show them just how delicious vegan cookin’ can be! You will even impress non-vegan eaters!
From flavourful grilled tofu, avocadoes and sweet potatoes to succulent miso glazed eggplants and colorful salads, these healthy, plant-powered delights are sure to make everyone’s palates happy happy!
Each class is limited to 8 people, giving us a small, intimate class. Class will not run if less than 4 people sign up.
